The story

This is grandpa Bulb. Kids these days are all about their LEDs and blindingly bright stuff. Well, not him. He likes his old fashioned light bulb, thank you very much. He enjoys the warm yellow glow, and the heat warms his old carapace to a nice temperature. Sure, it takes time to get up to full strength in the evening, but let’s be honest, so does he. His grandkids keep telling him it’s better for the environment if he would switch, but he just ignores them. He doesn’t believe in all this climate change babble, and besides… he will be dead soon anyway, so what business is it of his? Grandpa Bulb is pretty cranky when his light isn’t fully up to speed yet.
