Do you ship worldwide?
I live outside the European Union, can I still buy one of your paintings?

So how does it work?
Delivery address inside the EU
Go ahaid and place your order on the website, you are all good to go!
Delivery address outsite the EU
At the moment it is not possible to place an order directly in webshop for customers with a delivery address outside of the European Union. Due to all different tax regulations and/or shipping costs, it is not possible for me to incorporate that properly on the website.
Just send me a message using the contact form or email@example.com, with the painting you want and the delivery address. I'll get back to you as soon as possible with a price, including all relevant taxes and the actual deliver costs and an indication of shipping times.
If you agree to those, I will make a custom listing for you (no extra charge) specifying the costs of the painting and the tax / shipping costs we agreed upon. You can buy that painting the regular way, by putting it in your basket and going to checkout.
When will my painting be shipped?
Unless otherwise specified in the article details, it takes between 3 and 5 business days after payment to prepare your painting for shipment. You will receive a message as soon as you painting is on it's way.
Business days exclude weekends and Dutch national holidays.
How long does it take for my painting to get here?
Unfortunately that is difficult to say, as this is completely dependend on the postal service of your country. It can take from 1-2 days within the Netherlands to 6 weeks to Australia or the US. You can message me for an estimate, but I am not responsible for any delays.
How is my painitng packaged?
All paintings are securely package to ensure safe travels.
Paintings with a size up to 100 cm x 50 cm are wrapped in archival paper and bubblewrap and secured to styrofoam boards to prevent bending and scratching. They are shipped in custom made boxes. Within the Netherlands it is possible to send paintings up to 100 cm x 75 cm this way.
Paintings that are larger than 100 cm x 50 cm are taken off the frame for shipment outside The Netherlands. They are carefully rolled in archival paper and bubblewrap and send in a sturdy tubular container.
The reason why I do this is to make shipping more affordable.
I want a large painting, but it says it is shipped off the frame. Can I still receive my painting on the frame?

I will get back to you as soon as possible with the exact shipping costs. Do you offer insurance on your shipments?
The standard shipping options for paintings under €500,- do not include insurance. Paintings above €500,- have insurence included in the standard shipping options.
I saw a painting I love, but it's NOT FOR SALE / SOLD / a different color than I like / etc. Now what?
